Katerina Gerdeman
Katerina is the Founder of Face Value, LLC, an HR consulting with services including HR support, gap assessment, HR best practices, executive and professional coaching, and organizational talent strategy.

Katerina led the Global Talent function at Regal Beloit Corporation, with responsibilities over talent, organizational development, and executive coaching as well as talent management system development and implementation. Katerina has worked across geographies and cultures, uniting teams in virtual environments and establishing strong communication channels that result in business success.
Regal promoted Katerina to be the Regional HR Leader responsible for 11 countries in Europe.

Previously, while working with the Kerry Group, Katerina partnered with business executives as an HR Leader and was responsible for Global Business in the U.S., Ireland, the Netherlands, India, and China. Aside from her many other successful HR roles in the US, Katerina is currently supporting American Aluminum Extrusion, LLC and Electroform Company, Inc. as an HR Consultant.

Katerina is GPHR and PHR certified and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rockford University as well as a Masters in the Methodology of Teaching degree. Katerina also is iPEC Coaching certified and is working on her ICF Credentials.

In addition to the many tools and methods Katerina has learned and utilized during her 20-year career in HR Leadership roles, she co-founded the FaceValue Method to address the missing piece of holistic and humanistic approach to personal development in the workplace.

With over 2 decades' worth of experience as an HR Executive, Katerina has coached and supported personal and organizational development in multi-billion dollar corporations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
